I have been providing Assistive Technology training for people with disabilities for over 20 years. Every one of my 1,000+ ‘clients’ has been unique in what and how they needed support.

Every person’s reaction to their disability is different. Everyone’s capabilities vary as do their potential, their work-based tasks, and their ambitions.

The continued success of Triwebb’s training lies in the fact everyone is treated differently and each client is made to feel comfortable and confident in using and adapting to their Assistive Technology.

I became completely blind 6 years ago. I have been working with Patricia to learn Jaws screen reading software. We started by talking through what I wanted to achieve and then worked towards those goals at my own pace.

She was patient when I have struggled to understand or “visualise “what I am doing, this became easier with Patricia’s support and knowledge. Patricia also helped me to apply to a charity that I was very keen to work with. My application was successful. This is a great achievement, something I would not have been able to do without Patricia’s support and guidance.
